Jake and Zack are part of the first families club. They have been with me from the very start. So much to my surprise Mom has "forgotten" about this magical magical location their extended family owns. It's a bit of a drive but worth every single minute to get there. I really should write about how big the boys are now, how much I adore them... which I do (all of the above) but the farm. THE FARM. It was like straight out of a catalog. Every detail, I couldn't have made it more perfect. The collections of antiques, the colors, the lighting. I was on sensory overload. I think I could have shot the grounds for two hours. I know I could do the next twenty sessions and still find little pockets of magic. I am toying with marathon sessions out here next year. It was just that amazing. Starting this post with a few of the location,
Inside on the small kitchen island,
Inside the barn,
One of my favorites of Jake,
Holiday card contender for sure,
Favorite of Zack
These fab stools were just sitting there, begging for a photo opp,
The kitchen table,
Of course the perfect flower was growing nearby,
The weathered gate under the trellis to the front door,
Just so happened to be a hole in the silo perfect for me to shoot through,
Really? Rusted toy dump trucks? I'm in love,
